Recognising that you can’t get a job without a job we’re giving people the right skills to get them back into work, and a salary. Our 3-6 month work contracts give people a real job with real pay, and with support, training and qualifications.

We address the things that most employers are looking for, giving people real employability. So it’s not just training in skills like engineering or driving, it’s also about developing a work ethic which gives people the right attitude to get themselves future employment and become part of the working population.

People leave CREATE for a wide range of jobs, not just those that they have been trained in. Recent successes link into the growth areas of the local economy such as distribution, retail and work at the expanding Liverpool airport. And some people get jobs here in CREATE.
