These come from two major sources: Council collections of unwanted white goods Retail groups who collect old appliances when delivering new ones All the products we collect are sorted. Items suitable for reuse are separated and passed on to refurbishment operations, including our own. Some machines are stripped down for their spare parts. The remainder are sent for recycling.
