We also work with other social businesses and charities so that our products can be sold in other places where they are likely to meet the needs of low income households. Our prices are low to reflect our target market, on average they are around one third of retail prices, but still come with a 12 month guarantee. For some people this would still be too much to afford so we run a limited bursary fund from which we can supply products to people in real hardship, free of charge. Donations to these people follow referrals to us from social services or other agencies. In addition to selling our products directly to the public we sell through agency arrangements with other charities. And we also supply and work closely with housing associations and local authorities.
