We currently work with councils in Liverpool, Sefton, St Helen’s, Wirral, Warrington, and with Waste Disposal Authorities in Merseyside, Cheshire and Denbighshire
LIVERPOOL - In Liverpool we work in partnership with Bulky Bob’s, a fellow charity that collects the bulky waste items from Liverpool residents, under a contract with Liverpool City Council. The end of life white goods that are collected are brought to CREATE's Speke warehouse for recycling or refurbishment. In addition CREATE runs training contracts managed by Liverpool Business Centre on behalf of the council.
WIRRAL - In the Wirral we work in partnership with Wirral Council who bring in all the bulky waste electrical items they collect from Wirral residents to our workshops in Wallasey where we refurbish those we can for onward sale and appropriately recycle the remainder.
SEFTON - In Sefton we have in the past worked with the Councils ILM (Intermediate Labour Market) support team providing training places at CREATE for Sefton residents. We currently handle the white goods from their bulky waste collections at the South Sefton Recycling Park in Bootle, and again pull out what we can for refurbishment. We are also opening a retail operation in Sefton during Autumn 2007.

ST.HELENS - From St Helen’s Council we again receive the white goods from the council’s bulky collection household service and refurbish recycle the goods as appropriate.
WARRINGTON - We have a collection contract for bulky waste white goods from Warrington council which we have subcontracted to Bulky Bobs in the spirit of partnership working.
KNOWSLEY - CREATE has training contracts with the empoyment support teams at Knowsley Council and has a successful and on going relationship with these teams. It is to be hoped in the not too distant future that some link with the bulky waste collection service at Knowsley can be forged.
WASTE DISPOSAL AUTHORITIES - The relationships that CREATE has with the Waste Disposal Authorities are changing rapidly as the implications of the WEEE Directives become apparent. The 'disposal' of waste electrical products was passed to the manufacturers as from 1st July 2007. CREATE currently has contracts and /or working arrangements with Merseyside, Cheshire and Denbighshire Waste Disposal Authorities.
