Currently in 2009 we sell over 350 products a week. Our shops are in areas targeting at low income households though we will of course sell to the general public as a retail business.

A recent analysis of our sales showed that 56% of our customers live in the most deprived areas of Liverpool including Speke, Garston, Toxteth, Granby, and Kensington
Our prices are therefore low to reflect our target market.

We also supply social landlords, housing associations and other charitable organisations.

Our goods are sold generally through our own shops or those of our partner charities.
The white goods are sold with a 12 month guarantee, and we have service engineers on the road to provide warranty cover as needed.

Every week we donate at least £1000 of products to people in real hardship, referred by Social Services and other agencies. The finance for these donations comes from funding bodies who are not only supporting CREATE as a charity but are also providing goods for people in real need. In both 2006 and 2007 we have been supported generously in this endevour by Riverside Housing.
